Happy Eating!!

New foodie in Bangalore?

Are you are a foodie and Do you love to test you taste buds often? Well this is the place for you.

Bangalore most commonly and fondly known as the 'Tech City' is the home to some of India's finest eating joints. Lesser known fact is that Bangalore is one of those very few cities in India where you will get cuisines of all kinds and varieties - national and international and that are not too heavy on your pockets.

Well now if you are ready for a stroll on the roads of Namma Bengaluru, then here we go....

Comes the very famous MG Road and you have Café Pascucci right there near popularly known Cauvery junction. The café offers a delightful range of savories, main course and a great range of hot and cold beverages to go along with. I would like to mention here that their Risotto is a much have. Risotto’s perfectly blended taste and smooth texture just melts down in your mouth with beautiful aroma of rice and herbes captivating all your senses.

If you are in Kormangala, you have tons of options to choose from. You have Bhojohori Manna to satisfy your urge of rich Bengali flavours. The Mutton Dak Bangala, and Bhetki Kalia are the best of what they offer. If you like sweets, ask for Mishti Doi or Rosogulla with jaggery syrup…. They are to die for. For a pan European cuisine, ask for Friends/ Rendezvous. They offer good range of dishes at very economical price.

Coming down Indiranagar, if you love Italian and European cuisine, head to 100Ft. And yes, this one’s my favorite. Perfect ambiance, dim light, best host – Mr. Ram – Manager 100 ft, sumptuous spread of tantalizing aromatic flavors, and beautiful weather to go along with; what a perfect way to end a day.

All the above mentioned places will charge anything between INR 600 – 2000 for two people.

Until my next blog … Happy Eating !!!

Lazeezzzzz

My very first blog starts with my favorite dish - Rolls by Lazeez Restaurant in Bangalore.

The rolls are just too delicious!! Nice hot Maida rolls stuffed with yumm crispy chicken pieces with a tinge of lime and beautiful fragrance.

One roll is quite filling and is very reasonably priced at Rs. 50 only. You can find Lazeez in Kormangala 1st and 5th block, Commercial street and Jaya Nagar.

Have fun snacking!
