a hot pan saute the vegetable for 1 minute.
· Season with soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt, pepper. Set aside to cool. · Lay down the spring roll sheets, lay a bit of the filling on the sheet (on the side closer to you) fold the wrapper from the sides to close and then roll into a cigar shape. · Deep fry or bake in the oven until golden brown and crispy .Serve with red chilli Chinese sauce | |||||||||||||||||||||||
