This is a chicken recipe which is by far the simplest, easiest, quickest and very tasty but a little high on calories :D
A 1/2 kg medium cut chicken will be good for 2 people (around 7-8 pieces).
For 1/2 kg chicken, put two table spoon butter in a hot pan. Add chicken pieces, 1 table spoon of cumin powder, 1/2 table spoon on Garam masala (if it is home made, take 1/4 tb spoon), add chilli powder and salt to taste and close the lid until the chicken softens. Let it cook on a low flame.
Do not add water to it. 1/2 kg chicken on low flame would take max half an hour to cook. Do not forget to stir it every few minutes. I would suggest having some gravy and not drying up the dish completely cuz the gravy adds up to the taste and makes the chicken more juicy.
